The question should be what is your favorite cut of beef?
'Cause as you know the Tenderloin is considered the best or at least the most tender (hence the name) but as your survey shows it's the least favorite. I personally prefer a T-Bone or Porterhouse and find them the most flavorful. Contrary to your survey I like Ribeyes the least.
